Our client is an NGO/Trust and along with many other activities they are also in book publishing, distribution and sales through physical outlets and agents.

Being a Non-Profit / NGO, our client has a very limited budget and they wanted to cover online book distribution & sales, fully automated solution to manage physical outlets & independent sales agents.

MAT Consultants understood the context of client and their limitations. Based on understanding and internal brainstorming sessions MAT Consultants came with a solution that comprised a customized ERP development which enabled our client to create POS outlets that automated the process of Physical outlet’s a centralised inventory management system, outlet based reporting as well centralized reporting management system, employee management, Profit & loss reporting, Customer management etc…

For online sales and distribution MAT Consultants built a customized eCommerce store based on WordPress & WooCommerce and built a plugin so inventory / Stock of eCommerce portal can be managed right from ERP system we coded for our client.
